Supporter Award!

WAAAHOOOO! It’s October. I am the ultimate fall junkie, living that cardigan, scarf-loving, PSL-addicted, HALLOWEEN obsessed life. It’s also less than a week away from Thanksgiving weekend here and Canada, so you bet fall is now in full force!

Today I thought I would tackle my horrific pile of tags!! I was so thrilled to be tagged by Kaleena, warrior goddess, for the Supporter Award! Thank you Kaleena, you are the absolute best and congrats on a wonderful 6 months of blogging! If you’re not following her then you’re missing out my friend!

ALSO – shout out to Hamad for creating this awesome tag!

THE 4 “FIRST” QUESTIONS:

First memory of a story:

When I was a kid – maybe when I was 6 or 7, I remember my teacher at the time (or maybe it was a librarian?) would read us books during story time. And I absolutely adored anything by Robert Munsch. I have such a strong memory of these books that when I pick them up and read them to my daughter I am automatically transported back to my elementary school library sitting on the carpet. These 3 were my go-tos, with Stephanie’s Ponytail being my all-time fav.

First book you bought with your own money:

Hmm, this is a tough one. I’ll make a guess on this one mostly based on age and how obsessed I was with this book – All American Girl by Meg Cabot. I read it so much the book looks like a library book, highly abused – but highly loved.

First book that made you cry:

First book to make me ugly tears was A Walk to Remember by Nicholas Sparks. The ending of this book, like even now as I think back…I’m getting choked up…gosh dammit Nicholas, you amazing human being you. If you haven’t read any of his books, I highly recommend him as an author especially if you want an easy Sunday book.

First book that you didn’t finish:

I am/was a huge Meg Cabot fan growing up,  but sadly the book she is most famous for – The Princess Diaries was my least favourite of all the books she’s written. So sadly I think either the first or second Princess Diaries book was the first book I officially DNF…

FIRST FOLLOWERS:
